• All items are shipped and fulfilled in Austin Texas, utilizing the United States Postal Service unless provided otherwise.

    Orders take up to business 5 days to ship (this does not include weekends and holidays), not including delivery.

    All items are shipped and charged based on weight. Shipping charges are subject to change according to the United States Postal Service shipping charges.

  • At Hogans Coffee & Co., we aim to provide the freshest and quality bag of coffee beans. While we understand that some may not be completely satisfied with their purchase, we currently do not accept returns on coffee beans. However, we do accept returns on non-coffee merchandise.

    To start a return, please email hello@hoganscoffeeco.com all other methods of communication will not be acknowledged.

    Returns

    You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and include the the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Sale Items

    Sale items are not available for return.

    Refunds

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

    Shipping

    Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Return Label

    Once you have notified us of your return, a return label will be sent to the e-mail provided during the request.
